So we've been trying to figure out our wedding rings, and I have been so incredibly disappointed to discover that he has absolutely *heinous* taste in jewelry. How the fuck am I supposed to explain to this man that a massive asymmetric industrial statement ring is not a good choice for a wedding band??? What can I even say that isn't already obvious???

oh boy, do i have some stories to tell about my “family reunions” or what!

okok so the most recent one was way back around march, we went up to pennysilvania for my great grandma’s funeral service, and the night after we had one of uncle vincy’s good ol’ bon fires....well i mean...i think it was uncle vincy at least, i cant remember his name....ANYWAYS, everyone starts passing around bottles of fireball and yager and white claws and whatever was alcoholic that they could get they hands on (remember, im under age so i cant and wasnt drinking anything but sprite), it was all going pretty good, i had a nerf gun war with my cousins and yeah, then they brought out the fireworks. i went into the house while they lit them up outside, and they were pretty, so i went back out when they were done. the rest of the night goes well, my cousin body slammed a table, and towards the end of the night, one of my drunk uncle’s threw some fireworks into the bon fire, almost killing everyone while almost liting the house on fire.

next story, cause why not:

okok so we went up to pennysilvania december of 2019 for my 2nd cousin scott’s wedding (scott if you’re reading this,,,fuck u you dont know who i am lmao) and all was going well during the service, they got hitched in the fancy ass hotel, then came the reception, there was a shit ton of alcohol and a long ass speach from the best man yadda yadda yadda, oh my mom and i were sat with this annoying ass man who wouldn’t keep his god damn mouth shut about his whore wife and white collar job, i almost got a waiter fired (another story for another time), anyways i started having a bit of a panic attack so i went out into the hall with some of my cousins and brianna (the aunt im closest to, my mom’s sister) and we just sat out there and talked.  ok so next comes the drive back to the airb&b, brianna (who was quite tipsy) decided she was going to drive, her boyfriend, at the time, ben (if you’re reading this, fuck you, stealing her mail was a federal offence u dickhole) said i twasn’t a good idea, which was one of the only times i’ve agreed with him, but she drove anyways. so here we are, in a rental car that was either a mazda or subaru, me in the trunk while everyone was either tipsy or compleatly smashed, i was scared out of my god damn mind, texting my bf to try and get my mind off of the fact i was in a car full of insane drunks, my grandpa threw his coat in the trunk on top of me and thats when i started to cry a bit cause i was scared shitless, my aunt said “well, if they cant handle being in a room full of drunks than they aren’t apart of this family” when i started crying. id rate the entire experience of the night a -1/10 lmao
