It is so important to take notes when meeting a wedding supplier or visiting your wedding venue.
You may think that you can remember it all but with everything you have going on throughout your wedding planning, small details can often be missed.
What time does the venue licence run to?
Does the caterer need to know when you are planning on doing your speeches? And how long they’ll last?
These are just a few things that are often overlooked and taken for granted. As you get closer to your wedding/event date nerves will begin to start kicking in and the last minute adjustments will start to surface. Many of the small bits of information are overlooked or forgotten.
If you’re worried about noting things on your phone or think pen and paper are a little old fashioned, then as long as you ask your supplier first I am sure they’ll be happy for you to voice record the meeting.
