Derpy bird doodles! ✨
Miscellaneous bird photos whilst waiting for the mob to appear out of the creek. The first is some kind of finch, maybe a Zebra Finch? It was one of a dozen to fly into that bush, but only this one decided to pose for photos. The two big birds in the dead tree are a pair of Wedge-tail Eagles, I was super excited to have randomly parked underneath them as they’re rare to see these days. They both went off hunting shortly after.
Living in Australia means going outside to briefly help mum get the kids into the car, looking up into the sky and seeing a Wedge-tail Eagle.
I live in suburbia and slightly too far south for them, but there it was a Wedge-tail Eagle circling around the sky obviously looking for something.
