Week 1 of 52: First week back at the office and back to the routine was actually so great. Can’t believe how much I have missed my morning gym sessions. Even made it to Pilates and Yoga class this week and I ended the week feeling so great. Only pit was realising I need to switch up my diet as it was more carbs than protein so I was literally hungry the whole week. Other than that, I’m looking forward to Week 2 and staying consistent the rest of the year. xo
