Weekend report July 7-9
TGIF enjoy the weekend. Enjoy whether u are going to the pool, beach, mountains. In dc there is the folklife festival. In Baltimore there is sour fest, Christmas in July at b&O railroad musuem. For those looking for the arts there is Disney lion king, 1776 at Kennedy center, jimmy buffett at Toby’s, better off dead and fella and west side story at Olney. The dollar rally strongly on Friday to close above the 50 day MA and test the 200 day MA. The dollar then retreated on Monday closing back below the 50 day MA. Now it is decision time for the dollar. Kids have been at Grandma’s since Friday. I also had a surprise!job interview on Friday so that was cool. I haven’t done SHIT all weekend other than watch TV and hang out with @potentiallydead and it’s been great. Starting to miss the kids, though, so I’m glad they’re coming home today.
Unfortunately, that means I have chores to do according to my list. Which means I need to get off my butt and possibly put clothes on. And then Nerd Sing later, because it’s Monday.
@rogue-panda, I’ll try to get our director to record some stuff tonight. Also, @mundungus42 - one of the ladies from Nerd Sing looks like she could be your sister or cousin. It took me forever to figure out where I thought I’d seen her before!
