Cheesy Spinach-Artichoke Bagel Bites Recipe
A delicious burger made with homemade no-knead bread that requires minimal effort. The crusty bread complements the juicy burger patty perfectly.
Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt. 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast. 1 1/2 cups warm water. 1 pound ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomatoes. Sliced onions. Sliced cheese of your choice. Ketchup and mustard for condiments.
Instructions: Put the all-purpose flour, salt, and active dry yeast in a bowl and mix them together. Mix in the warm water until the dough is shaggy. Set the bowl on a flat surface and wrap it in plastic wrap. Allow it to rise and ferment for 12 to 18 hours. Start by heating the oven up to 450F 230C. Place a Dutch oven or a heavy pot that can go in the oven and has a lid in it. Let it heat up for 30 minutes. Turn the oven and pot on to heat. On a floured surface, roll the dough into a ball. Put a cloth over it and let it rest. With care, take the pot out of the oven once it's hot and put the dough ball inside it. Put the lid on top and bake for 30 minutes. Take off the lid and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and when you tap it, it sounds hollow. Put the burger patties together while the bread cools. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form it into four patties. You can grill or cook the burger patties on the stove until they are done the way you like them. Toast the no-knead bread for a few minutes and then cut it into burger-sized buns. On the bottom bun, put lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, onions, and cheese to make your burger. Cover with a cooked burger patty. If you want, you can add ketchup and mustard. After you put the top bun on top of the burger, your No-Knead Bread Burger is ready to eat!
