Ingredients: 8 oz penne pasta. 1 can 14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped. 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/2 cup sour cream. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional.
Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Follow the directions on the package to cook the penne pasta. Once it's done, drain it and set it aside. Put the chopped artichoke hearts, chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using in a large bowl. Mix the cooked pasta into the bowl until everything is well mixed. Put the mixture in a baking dish that has been greased. After the oven is hot, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it. Have fun!
