Very often we get stuck in our own heads, or in certain ways of thinking. Although these thought patterns are there to help protect us, they can often be exactly what is keeping us back from what we want. Only through new perspectives and ways of thinking can we learn to see things differently, which can show us the opportunities we have been missing because we couldn't see them.

This week when coming to a wall or a difficult situation try to see if you can see things from a different perspective or post on there and ask for someone else's perspective on the situation!
