This is me 💯😬 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sickness has left me unable to exercise which always means I’m less likely to eat well. I haven’t felt much like eating so have been snacking which is never good and there have been a few takeaway meals because the energy to cook has been AWOL. In true me style I’ve also let everything else slide and haven’t eaten low FODMAP, haven’t had a single cleanse tea or been drinking enough water. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’m either a Harry Hardout or a Debbie Do Diddly. I am never Mary Medium #whytho ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ By some miracle my weight is only up 400g and I’ve lost 1cm from my hips.
