Sold another piece of gear last night. Not very expensive, but I still wanted to ship it out as soon as possible. For my "lunch" today I dropped it off at UPS and then did a lifting working. I was originally planning to also run 4 miles, but that's another +40 minutes and I was already close to an hour.

I SWEAR I'll run tonight, NO MATTER WHAT. even though my legs are super sore today from sunday's 5 miles and monday's leg blast plus 1 mile.

Oh also my wife's having a friend over but they're ordering dinner for themselves and eating in the basement. And the basement is a wreck - shipping supplies, gear all over the place, and thanks to some of my storage cleaning I found a pile of papers to shred. And shredded maybe a third of them, but there's shredded paper all over and my wife would probably greatly appreciate me tidying up a bit :)

But also, I'm not cooking for just myself and the kids - we'll order out for taco night.
