I did a weighted squat!!! :D

After being ill over the weekend (and having a horrible experience which involved the police) went to work today with my gym bag not really thinking much of it. By the end of the day, not feeling very well but I decided no, no excuses, especially not this early on. I've promised myself that I have to have discipline this time! I'm paying for a year, I actually have to go for a year! Discipline! And I ended up trying, for the first time EVER! a weighted squat. Only with the bar (which is much heavier than I expected!) But still you have to start somewhere! I didn't realise how much you used your arms though!!
