It has been three weeks I haven't weight myself and I was quite scare of the scale. These past three weeks have been epic and I had a lot of difficulties watching what I was eating. Furthermore I went to Oxford for work and I couldn't choose healthy alternatives even if I had brought some fruit and healthy snack bars with me. I was sure I had put on weight but my parents and sister thought otherwise. I weighted myself this morning and the result is good. I"ll have to do it again tomorrow morning to check how much I have lost, but clearly I should trust myself more. ;)
