Things that are on my bedside table rn

A lamp, a ¾ths eaten bar of Hershey’s almond chocolate, crimson nail polish, salt, pepper, a glass of water, a paper bag of Christmas sweets, a bag of M&Ms, Umberto Eco’s The Name of the Rose, a Dexter and Dee Dee coaster with another glass of water on it because the first one tastes weird now, a razor, a bandaid, a condom, tweezers, an unopened kajal sharpener, the cover from a bottle of deodorant, a saxophone reed, Rite Aid receipts, a spool of black thread, several paper strips of men’s perfume samplers, and my creme de la creme, a field notebook with a piece of bark from a MILLION YEAR OLD tree in it

I just tried a peanut butter and pickle sandwich because a ton of people on the internet say they’re amazing.

It was nowhere near as gross as I was expecting it to be, but I don’t know if it’s worth all the rave reviews. I might try it again in the future. Hell, given the choice between a peanut butter and pickle sandwich and, say, peanut butter and orange marmalade or peanut butter and marshmallow fluff, I’d probably go with the pickles. Hm.
