Saturday veggie burger with homemade gluten free buns and some apple slices. Veggie burger is made from homemade flax seed crackers, black beans, ground rice cakes, tamari, grated potato and carrot, chopped onion, dulse flakes, and salt and pepper. So weird but so tasty!
