What do you collect?

So this woman my mom knows through work asked her if she collects anything. Now my mom knows that this woman is crazy religious with a heavy emphasis on the crazy, like trying to church the gay out of her daughter kind of crazy. And my mom who, despite having at least eight tattoos, her ears gaged plus another two holes in each lobe, her tongue, belly button, and eyebrow all pierced, always looks incredibly professional and kind at work looks this woman dead in the eyes and goes, "Why yes I do collect something. The souls of the lost. I have a special place on my shelf for yours."

My mom is fucking weird!

So we're at a bar and she's talking to some dude and I guess children were brought up cause all of a sudden she just grabs me, slams me into her chest in a choke hold hug, and pets my head like I'm a scared dog and goes "THIS is my baby!" Then she leans down for what I thought was gonna be one of those sloppy, drunk, mom kisses to the cheek. NO! This woman straight up put the tip of my nose in her mouth. And! Sucked! It! Now I see why my brother says I'm the normal one in the family...
