The organ donation has to happen immediately after you die, so that may make it hard/impossible to martinet your body across the dance floor.

what's marble hornets?
Marble Hornets is a found footage horror web series/ARG that ran from 2009-2014. It was one of the first video web series to be inspired by centered around the creepypasta/internet mythos monster Slenderman, and a lot of what became associated with Slenderman was actually from MH specifically (including the pages and several locations in Slender: The 8 Pages).
The story follows a man looking for answers to the concerning things he finds when he starts digging into old footage from a college friend’s film project, and the descent into madness, deceit, and mystery that followed. During its runtime, the main character had an active twitter that he used to talk with viewers and get our help with puzzles and codes that he ran into, usually from a response channel (back when you could reply to a youtube video with a youtube video).
If you like horror, found footage, and lovecraftian themes, I’d highly recommend MH!
There’s a specific playlist that I’d suggest if you want to watch it, because it puts the response code videos in the correct order with the entries

Finally someone else who calls fruits basket Furuba maybe like I wasn't on the internet at the right time but no one knew what I was ever talking about irl
god i rarely even run into people who know it as fruits baskets irl. I wonder what the online fandom for that would've been like - I watched it when I was in middle school and before I got involved on any social media
@fure2
i have a lot of friends in real life who are lgbtq+. we may not have in depth discussions about our orientations often outside of settings like LGBTQ+ meetings or organizations, but we joke about being gay as much as we do about me being short, or d being a human garbage disposal, or hallie being a cat. we talk to each other about our lives and ourselves and each other, and being queer is part of that.
my being bi means a few things to other people. it can mean:
we have a common trait and we will talk to each other about how bi we are
a person respects my identity and who i am as a person
a person tells me i’m a sinner and jesus is sad that i have to go to hell because i won’t stop being gay
a person doesn’t believe that being bi is a thing and doesn’t respect my identity and who i am as a person
a person actively despises the fact that i and people like me exist and is a threat to those i love and care about
all of the above is magnified with my being nonbinary.
other people aren’t focused on it because they assume i’m straight, which i’m not. and i don’t want people to just assume i’m straight or just shrug and say ‘hey you’re queer, it’s no big deal’. i want people to take the fact that their experience isn’t monolithic into account with the way they live their lives and be a little more open to other people’s thoughts and hopes and fears, instead of riding in on some holier-than-thou-because-i’m-more-apathetic-than-thou attitude.
That "punk" jacket is hideous
thank 👌
@fure2 and how do you know that i’m only focusing on one part? because here, on this tumblr blog that i have titled ‘read-me-loud-and-queer’, i frequently talk about my gender and orientation? and even if i only ever focused on being queer, and never bothered talking about anything else... so what? my being queer doesn’t exist in a vacuum - i exist in a community. and then, even within that community, we somehow manage to talk about how important our orientations are to us while also enjoying plenty of other things and having different personalities and being different people.
like. my being queer is part of the whole shebang. i’m not made of pieces, i’m not a puzzle, i’m not some pizza that you can pick the toppings off of when it doesn’t suit the situation. i’m blended, 100% everything touches everything else, and the focus of my flavor-of-the-day rants never change the amount of fire i have about the things i believe in and care about. so please don’t presume to know me based off a single tumblr post when my last 10 original posts (not counting this conversation) have been about: my IT job, a poem about relationships, religious views, studio ghibli films, queer stuff, cooking, a shitpost about the terms we use when talking about computers, my fears, and the ‘why die’ south dakota road signs.
i talk about my life on this blog. being queer is part of it.
