Weiss (sitting at the table in front of her): Er…hello.
*Neo’s head piques up, looks at Weiss with a neutral expression*

Weiss: Sign language? …I’m sorry, I don’t quite understand.
*Neo pulls out her scroll, and uses it for communication*
Neo (via her scroll): …I want ice cream. But I have no money. But I don’t want to sell this scroll. And before you ask, no, I cannot talk.
Weiss: You don’t have money? Do you not have a job?
Neo: Yes, I have a job, but it’s complicated…I’m sorry if I’m wasting your time.

*Ruby and Blake, who are currently restraining a very pissed off Yang from wanting to take a swing at Neo, look intrigued hearing this*

Fusion AU AU where Weiss gets the earrings and tries to fuse with someone ....but it’s actually Neo in disguise
Weiss pulled out the earrings she stole from Yang.. er Merang, after she… he? Maybe they? She shook her head and looked at the little earrings, gently inspecting them with her finger. “Not like they’re needed by… Merang anymore. But they fuse a couple people, do they?” She smirked a bit as she thought of the possibilities. She could always end up fusing with Ruby. Although, now that she thought of it, the less she wanted to deal with being like Ruby. If she wanted to be stronger, there was always Nora. But those colors… no, those would never do for a Schnee. Then there was Jaune. He was strong, had a great, toned body… Weiss shook her head trying to get the mental image of Jaune out of her mind. “No time to be a useless bisexual. I cant just let my feelings run on this. I need someone I can trust. Someone who I can convince to do this with me. Someone like-” and then the perfect face came to mind. “Pyrrha! All I have to do is find her and then we can finally be the ultimate partners!”
Weiss immediately ran to find Pyrrha, going from JNPR’s dorm, to the cafeteria, then finally finding her in the library. “Pyrrha! There you are.”
Pyrrha hesitated and slowly turned to Weiss, smiling nervously. Her eyes darted between Weiss and the doorway as she took a step back.
Weiss didnt seem to notice and handed an earring to “Pyrrha.” “I need you to put this on and come train with me. Its supposed to help us become stronger.” She figured it wasnt a complete lie. She watched Merang spar and they definitely were stronger. She looked up at Pyrrha, not noticing an eye change from green to pink, or the fact that Pyrrha was just slightly shorter.
“Pyrrha” hesitated as she looked at the earring and then looked back at Weiss. She felt like she had to do something at this point or her cover was going to be blown. With a quick motion, she put the earring on.
Weiss smiled and did the same, hesitating for a moment as she felt herself starting to get pulled to “Pyrrha”. In a flash of blinding light, the two were fused together. As the light disappeared, a new entity came into view. Weiss looked herself over, hesitating as she saw her white jacket and skirt now looked were a pair of black pants, with a short, pink skirt over them, a corset, and her jacket was now slightly tighter with a little frill around her wrists. She pulled out her scroll and hesitated when she saw her hair was half pink, half white and her eyes were blue and brown. She put a finger to her left eye, noticing the scar she had was no longer there. She wanted to scream and cry out in anger, only to find out that she no longer had a voice either.
As if on instinct, she pulled out her sword, looking it over. Her blade was thinner than she remembered, and pressing a button on the hilt extended the tip slightly to let a parasol umbrella out with a small glyph on it. She smirked for a moment as she realized what kind of an opportunity she had. With a bit of a skip, she went off to the training room to find Merang, ready to show them just who was stronger.
