...odd feeling, all of a sudden.

"You don't have to apologize." Though it makes their soul ache when their Hero is hurting, though they can't stand to see him like this—it's not his fault. Phoebus knows that all too well.
"Its alright. I just want you to be okay."
Fun dash ask! Say something nice about whoever appears in your dashboard next!
@dragonplated you're up
I haven't been mutuals with Kelpy for very long but they're super fun to see on the dash and Lance is a fascinating character, I love how he can be serious and villainous offering a perspective that you don't see very often but also loosen up and fit in with the silly dash moments without necessarily losing his edge he HAS the range
I also see White and she seems like a really fun character so far I wanna yeet Touya at her
@weisskunigin
"Haha, oh well, this is awkward. My companions were supposed to defeat you, back there!"
And just now that he was one step from…how did Lord N put that? Liberate any Pokèmon he could? Yeah, well. A noble cause, no doubt - one that instead contrasted with Ghetsis, who made sure to remind him that he should bring back to the lab the strongest ones.
An odd way to consider that liberation, yes? How anyone, first of all the other grunts, truly believed they were doing something good for society was beyond him.
"Now, do we really have to escalate thing? I'd much rather leave with my team all in one piece, actually!"

nate still feels that lingering creep of exhaustion even a week after returning from galar. he does expect this after most of his work trips, but it's especially unpleasant when it sits like a fog in his head. he really wants to sit down, but fears that if he does then it's all he's going to do. and he'd rather do that at home than shopping mall nine, at least.
alright. if he can get through this, then he doesn't have to feel as bad about it when he caves on his own sofa, under his own roof, within the reliable company of his own pokemon. nate's hands squeeze the shopping cart handle as he fights the urge to slump over the child seat, which is already half-occupied by his mimikyu. she's engrossed herself in the 'shopping list'—it's quite literally a crumpled piece of paper with her drawings of a few items and the pokemon they were intended for.
the slightest motion of his cart making contact with something snaps him out of it. well, a little. he pulls back, immediately apologetic since he's pretty sure the fault lies with him.
"...! sorry about that."
