All of my bosses have been women and usually I have been the only male on the floor. I try to say nice things to women, but sometimes when I try to be cute and humorous, it has gotten me in trouble.

Since I wanted to keep my job or not get a cut in pay, I have accepted being spanked by my boss, plus my mother did spank me too. My boss does calmly sit down with me as we discuss things, and then I usually have to nicely ask her to spank me.

I am glad that my boss hired me and she does care about everyone and not only herself. She is very understanding and yet rules are rules. I do believe I have deserved every spanking I have received from her.
