The Lakers do not have a winning record and their confidence, morale, and excitement can't be high. So, Kobe Bryant going off more than likey will not set a fire under his fellow teamamtes. In this situation there is just a lack of talent and consistency on that team. Some players can handle this type of trash talk from Kobe Bryant and some aren't mentally tough enough to handle it. Could this be a reason why nobody wanted to sign with the prestigious Los Angeles Lakers organization? Every body in the world knows Kobe Bryant is one of the greatest basketbball players in history with an extremely strong drive to win. The only thing that can be a knock on Kobe Bryant late in his career is his leadership skills. Many players and fans would love to play with LeBron James because of his willingness to share the ball and how he makes his teammates feel.The knock on LeBron James was that he didn't win, but he has championship ringsnow. Kobe Bryant has a desire like no other,but often is a double edge sword. Any owner, coach , and fan would love to have a player with the drive to win that Bryant has,but not many can stand his attitude and how he goes about his desire to win. This often rubs people the wrong way and even though a majority,if not all what he said was true, but the way he went about it could either make the season worse or better hopefully.
