werewolves turn wolf in the full moon, right?

then i propose that werefelines turn cat in the new moon.

In the light of the full moon, you can hear and see the silver-glowing fur of a werewolf pack.

but in the darkness of the new moon, you see nothing. You hear nothing. The feline’s night vision guides them towards their prey, solitary hunters in the darkness.

as a p-shifter nowadays i find myself in this strange headspace of a person with an animalistic core but i feel like i completely fit into society.

i dont exactly feel constantly like an animal nor lile a human but my own species of a strange inbetween. of a "both" and "neither" situation.

In my early days i felt purely like an animal. i related a lot with therians and holotheres. (before holothere was a term) as time went on I morphed to only relate to those who are like... me.

There is no way to explain what its like to be a p-shifter. Its such a strange feeling that you relate with only your own kind even though in a way you know you should relate to others too. to therians to holotheres to all of it but you dont.

Like i am not human anymore, i never was but stuck under a guise of it. My body appears human but fundamentally isnt at all due to its ability to change and morph. But im not an animal either. im not an animal darning a human skin, im not totally feral and feel the need to be only seen as an animal.

I feel like im a fucking furry *screams* like a literal rendition of that weird inbetween. Anthropormorphic animal. (i am actually a furry lol thought it would be an interesting analogy.)

like im a WERE. a werecougar. that species of the inbetween

i dunno just thoughts.

Like just imagine a massive WereCougar curled around you, their lithe yet powerful muscles can be felt as they press their body against you for that added warmth and softness before eventually plopping their head on your lap and falling asleep. Sometimes letting off soft purrs that can still make your body vibrate, but it still feels nice. 💞💞💞
