How fast does information travel between werewolves? For example, if some werewolves know someone needs to be hunted, does every werewolf know whose it is? How does telepathy work in their society?
Werewolf can use telepathy to contact the entire pack and spread information instantly. This is used at times of emergency or if the pack needs to hold an immediate vote on an urgent and very important issue.
However, every single werewolf won't know the names and faces of people being hunted. Because there are too many people being targeted by particular werewolves, so it would be too much to remember and too constant a barrage of information. Contacting the entire pack at once is a privilege usually reserved for the pack leader or the First Werewolf. Other werewolves can contact the entire pack, but only will if the circumstances are dire enough to justify it. For example, if someone created a werewolf-killing weapon (impossible on original Earth) then every werewolf in existence would receive the warning the instant one of them knows.
If you are wondering how they prevent overly talkative people from spamming the group chat, it's very much based around the werewolf magical compulsion not to be assholes. It also takes a lot of power for a werewolf to telepathically contact the entire pack. The inner wolf won't be willing to contribute that much power without a reason. For lesser emergencies (like a natural disaster) the telepathic message will only go to werewolves in the geographic vicinity.
Werewolf society is very reliant on telepathy for urgent alerts. They don't bother with cell phones, those can be turned off or left behind. Werewolf elections are also held entirely telepathically. The inner wolves tally up the votes to be delivered to the pack leader.
