Dampflokomotive Kokerei Hansa Dortmund (DE)

Hanomag 3741 als Denkmallokomotive auf dem Gelände der Kokerei Hansa in Dortmund. Im Hintergrund der 40m hohe hölzerne Löschturm. Nach dem Produktionsprozess muss der glühende Koks mit Wasser gelöscht werden. Der dabei entstehende Wasserdampf wurde hierbei über den Turm aus Fichtenholz nach oben abgeleitet. 

Die kleine B-Kuppler Lokomotive wurde nicht in dieser Kokerei verwendet. Sie kam 2010 von der Zeche  Auguste Victoria in Marl als Denkmallok nach Dortmund. 

Steam locomotive Hansa coking plant Dortmund (DE)

Hanomag 3741 as a memorial locomotive on the grounds of the Hansa coking plant in Dortmund. In the background the 40m high wooden extinguishing tower. After the production process, the glowing coke must be extinguished with water. The steam produced in the process was led upwards via the spruce wood tower. The small B-coupled locomotive was not used in this coking plant. It came to Dortmund in 2010 from the Auguste Victoria colliery in Marl as a memorial locomotive.
