It’s vacation timeee! 🏖 Family rented out a beach house for the weekend at #westbeach. Here’s a cute little snippet of a day spent there (+ Rowena‘s 7 stroke win 😆). . Detail on some progress on another sunset beach. I ended up painting over the gold leaf... perhaps it's still giving a glow to the paint on top of it? I've learned that gold leaf works best over a middle-valued area that can take a flash of brightness, rather than an area (like this sun) that needs to read bright all the time.
