Since around 2013-ish I noticed I would go into the "Settings" on my Telephone Device to accept "SPAM." And, yet, when I'd go back in and check the settings on my Telephone Device "SPAM" would be blocked again.
I am not Edward Snowden, in reference to Telephone Device precautions.
The Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing (C.A.N.-S.P.A.M.) Act had very specific intentions when it was passed. Penis enhancement Electronic Mail (E-mail) Communications being shown to coworkers on e-mail preview scroll being projected while in the middle of a very important work meeting were only supposed to be the few that got through the filter. That's not how it has been interpreted lately. Blocky much is a little overzealous. Let's reset the System.
People formerly blocked, and "Robo Calls," and what some might have once thought of as "unwanted numbers" may be your Personal Emergency Response System (P.E.R.S.). Go into your Telephone Device periodically and make sure "SPAM" isn't blocked.
