im kind of obsessed with this one part of this scene like.

finally watched justified city primeval.. and the first ten seconds of boyd’s reintroduction being a lingering shot of his ass and another prisoner calling him pretty is better than i could have imagined given my disappointment in the rest of the season

#it’s not necessarily a Bad limited series #but boyd’s inclusion elevated the original in a way that they could not reach without him #and i feel i can say that bias aside #i will say i LOVED willa #which is funny given that most of the bad reviews harped on about how much they disliked her/how much more interesting the series was #after she was gone #i just found all of the new protagonists very uninteresting #and they were pushed to the forefront while raylan was largely excluded or overlooked #like raylan was inserted into a story that had very little to do with him (which is the case from what i’ve read)#felt as if the writers/showrunner made a crime show they wanted to make and slapped the justified label on it #it lacked both the heart and the feel of the original #and the villains fell completely flat for me #when the villains of justified and their motivations were one its many strengths #w the exception of the crowes lmao #justified city primeval #video #boyd crowder #walton goggins #justified #justified fx #wgoggins
