Anywhere I've been on the internet has been a bizarrely solitary experience for me. I imagine either because A, I simply lack the communication skills necessary to interact as a person should, or B, I am simply too terrified of the idea of being known. In the end, everything I say on the internet feels like I'm talking to an empty auditorium. I desire contact but at the same time do not expect it.

Oh god Ryan would be so nervous and uncomfortable around a Fae!Gavin(if I remember correctly that's what he is, right?). I mean it took a few weeks/months for Ryan to get comfortable around a single vampire, who was/is p chill, but then there's Gavin.

Gavin is indeed fey in this universe, a faerie more specifically! Ryan’s so nervous around all the people he meets but y’know all the horror stories about what faeries can do to people they don’t like and/or want and Gavin’s questions probably don’t help. He’s just shit at being around humans.
