"How's the Wedding Planning Going?"

It's fucking awful.

I had no idea how stressful and overwhelming it is, and how so freaking expensive just planning a wedding is.

I've only been to like 2 or 3 weddings my entire life and I was like 10, so obviously I didn't take the time in my childish mind to think about how the food, the dress, venue, decor, bridal party, ect. would go for my own wedding til I was at least in my late teens early 20s.

I can't even plan a birthday party let alone a fucking whole shingdig wedding!

My fiance is trying to be helpful, but some of his ideas conflict with what I want to do. He wants to wear full black tux, which I'm ok with now, but when he first told me I was "uhh that's not what I had in mind for you." However, the wedding is about US and our Love after all.

When I had thought about my wedding, I imagined a lot of people loving me, congratulating me, giving me advice and ideas, and "oh let me help with the wedding dear"(s). But no, I'm not getting any of that.

Sure, when I first got engaged people were like "awww congrats" , "whens the wedding?", shit. But that only lasted like, a month. So now I feel like I'm the only one stressing about it cause I want it to be perfect! It's a FUCKING WEDDING!

Am I exaggerating?

I probably am.

I do that with everything before I get my mind straight to attempt to get my shit together. Hahahaa what? My whole life is a shitshow honey.

But anywho, that's how my wedding planning is going so far. I'll try and keep you updated of what I got finish and ect.
