I want my blog, to be a help to young women and mums, showing them that its ok to keep it real on social media, instead of the perception we get from the media! So many young people out there suffer with anxieties, feel like they are failing as a parent, unable to keep an organised house etc etc and because of what we see on all the media channels, we are led to believe that houses are perfect, kids are well behaved, we all lead perfect lives.... That is so not the case! Sometimes things don’t always go your way. you Stopped living in your mind about a fantasy and start focusing on what actually is happening. sometimes the way you want things to be aren’t as they are in your mind. sometimes it just takes some time to actually realize that your focusing on a fairy tale rather than reality. but was that such a bad thing at all ? maybe it was a good thing. maybe it was what kept you sane? maybe facing reality was a scary truth and made you realize the flaws that could be fixed. were you just scared or happy from the truth?

Ihr werdet euch vielleicht fragen, wieso ihr länger nichts mehr von mir gehört habt. Ich habe in den Weihnachtsferien einfach eine Auszeit gebraucht um wieder Kraft zu tanken.

Aber zuersteinmal wünsche ich euch nachträglich noch Frohe Weihnachten und hoffe, dass ihr gut ins neue Jahr 2015 gerutscht seid. Was es wohl bringen wird ?! Ich hoffe, dass es für mich und euch alle ein gutes, erfolgreiches und glückliches Jahr wird.

Seit heute habe ich wieder Schule und irgendwie habe ich es nicht richtig geschafft, die positive Energie aus den Ferien mit in die Schule zu nehmen. Ich hätte schon vor der ersten Stunde wieder schreiend rausrennen können. Ja so ist das Schülerleben nun einmal...

Am Tag vor Heilig Abend war ich noch einmal beim Kieferorthopäden und der hat gesagt, dass ich die Gummis nur noch nachts tragen muss. Das hat mich ersteinmal gefreut. Aber mir ist in der Zeit seit ich die Gummis habe etwas aufgefallen. Ich weiß nicht mehr, ob ich euch jemals erzählt habe, dass ich in letzter Zeit total schlecht schlafe und eigentlich jede Nacht Albträume habe. Ich dachte da erst, das wäre nur so eine Phase, aber mittlerweile habe ich festgestellt, dass es höchstwahrscheinlich an den Gummis liegt. Anscheinend bekomme ich im Schlaf durch den Zug auf den Zähnen Angst und gerate in Panik, was zu den schlechten Träumen führt. Ich kann euch sagen, dass ist echt ziemlich beschissen, wenn man seit fast drei Monaten nicht mehr wirklich gut geschlafen hat. Ich freue mich wirklich auf den Tag, an dem ich diese bescheuerten Dinger endlich loswerde !!!
