Let's start with this whole weight thing

So I’m not huge but not tiny after baby and almost a year later I sit at an obese for my height weight of 161 lbs. which is a lot higher than I would like for sure. I know a lot of it is from over eating. Plus not eating the right stuff. I feel like they go hand in hand really. Here’s the deal I want to get down to at the least (the most?) 135 lbs. It sounds like a big jump but I need to make some big changes but first for a plan.
