I'm really bad at updates

So I made a really awesome soup from mashed carrots 🥕 (straight up had baby food 👶🏽 that was expiring and ta da!). Like had other people over and they liked it. So updates, I eat decently healthy and have been drinking enough water that the Cleanse I did didn't have me lose a bunch quickly but hey I noticed one difference. TMI: I went easier but not more frequently. 💩 I really really really love the ItWorks Greens 😍 They taste really good and I like the texture. I also got the greens chews and haven't tried them yet because I am enjoying my greens drink and the little extra energy and focus I seem to have. 💚 I am also taking the FatFighters and am a huge overeater as I have posted in the past. So you take them after your biggest meal (or if you're extra bad and have two bad meals you can have two doses). 🍗 🥔 They are a fat and carb inhibitor so they take out some and help keep you feeling fuller. Which is so good. I really noticed it tonight and it is only day 2. So that's been awesome 👏 Last but not least, I used to work for the edge shop at Dillard's so have tried SO MUCH skincare and makeup. I have super complicated skin so I was excited to try ItWorks skincare. I LOVE spray toners and that's what ItWorks Toner is! 🤤 The cleanser itself is a thicker soap and I really like it. It seems quality too. It doesn't feel like wasted money on a super thin 💦 water down cleanser. I am stoked to try one more thing into my routine tomorrow. ⛅️🌤☀️

Before I joined It Works, I watched for a long time. For years actually. I wish I would've tried this earlier at least on the product side to be healthy, but I didn't NEED it yet. Now I have a baby. I work full time and I now need this company. I have so many ideas and dreams and things swirling in my head. My health declined during and after my pregnancy. Now it's my time. Now I need this company. If you are looking to become more healthy and need help gaining or losing weight, want better health, need to tighten skin on the face or body, or just love essential oils this company really has so many products. I am beyond excited to have started with them. It's already helping me, how can this company along with my guidance help you find your best self?

My Main Plan

So now that I have started ItWorks, I want to share my plan on what I am taking. My main goal is to be transparent and not lie or fudge my results. So I want to start with the cleanse to rid my body of anything before I start any other vitamin/supplement. Because that just makes sense to me 💁🏻I like that its only for two days. Anyone can eat completely healthy for two days to reset their body. Next I want to start the Greens Every Single Day! It's a daily supplement and will be my non water drink for the day! So a treat for me! I have anxiety and stress more on some days than others. But I think I want to take the Confianza everyday to see how it changes my mood. 👹👉🏼😁 Then I want to do my FatFighters anytime I eat not the best. I LOVE that you take these after a meal because I currently take a craving blocker and you have to take it before meals and sometimes I forget and then it's worthless. 🍔 Last, but not least, I am so excited to get on track wth everything and then maybe do a wrap or a series of wraps! I am not sure when I will use one. Maybe a month after I am on everything else to get my body on the right track first. 💪🏼 I truly am excited to try everything! I am ready to get myself and others feeling good about themselves and their bodies.

So my Son's Birthday Cake 🎂

So we had a small party for my son's first birthday. Only 4 people had cake including me. I made and frosted a cake that was basically the size of a cookie sheet. 🎂 So basically I have a whole cake to eat by myself or throw away and I hate throwing things away so I have been eating it. I am drinking extra water 💦and can't wait to get my cleanse.

Yesterday I got something new

So I already had been taking a craving blocker 🚫that helps you feel full faster so you eat a proper portion. You have to take 3 a day and they're really big. Plus you have to take them before you eat so if you forget it's like an oh well. 😫 Yesterday I got my fat fighters in. They are more like a pill instead of a capsule. Similar in size. You only have to take Two AND they block some carbs and fats from your meal(s). Oh and you take them AFTER you eat so that's so exciting in itself. Because then after you've eaten the largest meal of the day (that's when you're supposed to take fat fighters) it reduces the want to eat more and to eat smaller meals for the rest of the day. Then to additionally block 🚫some carbs and fats from being absorbed is just too great. I am so excited to start them. 😱😁

I needed something productive to do

I needed something productive to do in my down time at work instead of moping and feeling unsure about my full time job. Feeling Happy with myself even though this has been a bit of a crazy week. Really proud and excited for what is to come. Need to eat super good this week and continue to watch portions. I can't wait to get my next set of wraps in!!!!

I was in the beauty industry

I was in the beauty industry and worked for many name brand companies. I found things were often real harsh on my skin one way or another. Of course I found some favorites, but always dreamed of something bigger.

I wanted to find the next big thing and have my own business. While I’m carefully crafting my next step I decided to finally try the ItWorks wrap and felt internally different. I did a thing

Real talk. I really really really hate it when people are like aren't your kids worth $99 to people trying to get them to join things. It is beyond rude to me. Because let's be honest sometimes you don't have $99. It can be a lot at times. The reason I finally joined ItWorks is because with shipping my grande total was $14.80. That's something I can afford. That's something I'm willing to give a shot to because why not! I have spent WAY more than that for facial masks. I am so excited to try more wraps and get my c-section loose skin not so loose anymore. I am continuing to try to improve my diet and work out a little bit more everyday. I really want to be the best me I can be.
