Mistigram: this oddball composition, a log of communiques between Starpilot Barbie, Starpilot Ken, and Starpilot Gorslax, represents another one of the renowned #TextmodeFriends jams, here featuring the handiwork of @Polyducks (for reals, this time!), frequent collaborator @mig_moog and #ANSIart elder statesman @whazzit_b7. It was included in the MIST0221 artpack collection, released two years ago this month.
Cityscapes and Moments by Whazzit for Blocktronics’ recent 6710 artpack.
Mistigram: from our 21st anniversary artpack in MIST1015 came something unprecedented with "Under the Sea" - not just #ANSIart but perhaps the 21st century's first #ANSImation, consisting of a #mermaid swimming past blocky sea life drawn by Whazzit, parallax scrolling in Kirkman's BBS door game engine.

Mistigram: Perhaps the Hallowe'eniest thing we ever released, the breakout hit of MIST1015 three years ago, we weren't reaching many of these social media avenues way back then ... so it's time for another look at Whazzit's eerie skeletal ANSI art animation of Cthulu's accordion performance of Dead Man's Pants by Al Mader, the Minimalist Jug Band. It's been a wild, crazy roller-coaster ride for this piece, and it has a few more thrills and chills to deliver!
I love love loooove love love designing and holding Dragon bondings. It's so rewarding. And fun. I just... so much glee at hatching the first two today. SO MUCH.
i'm forcing myself back into the swing of things with writing, and if you're a whazzit member and have been playing your dragons from my bonding at all, it would be totally awesome if you could send me anything you've developed for them, as I'm hoping to get them all written up (finally!) very soon. i don't want to contradict anything you've written, and i very much trust all of you and your take on the dragons i gave you, so believe me, if you've been playing them a certain way, i want all the details so i can make sure i stay on that track! i'm sorry it's taken so long, but do pass the word along!
