I will not be silenced I love Palak paneer but what's saag even
a delicious ocean of flavour that the humble phulka dares to don. a delightful meadow that strikes down even the proudest buttery garlicky naan.
i'm actually gonna piss more people off and say that there are so many BETTER ways to have mustard leaves aside from sarson ka saag. she belongs in stew!! she belongs in pulusu!! she belongs in pachadi!! she belongs in syrwa!! fried with garlic!! blanched and put in soup!! if u have ever had malabar spinach (poi saag/mong toi) and liked it, you can cook sarson the same way. i promise i can change all ur minds, please believe me.
