Diva could be easily fooled with pills wrapped in pill mask and hidden in goat cheese. Loki was an easy cat. I gave him 3 pills a day just about every day for 6 years.
Gigabyte is not a cooperative cat. She's had to have antibiotics twice over her 6 years with us. This second time, I had to wrap the pill in some pill pockets, roll that in some sardine mush, had Unfriendly hold her on his lap while I quickly shoved that down her throat. She didn't hide after because sardines. The first time was rough. She hid every time.
I could not imagine having to pill her every day forever or having the sitter do it while we're gone. Luckily the blood pressure meds can be applied to her inner ear as a gel. I did it last night with no problems or stress
