in researching chinese alcoholic drinks (its for a graphic design project, dont ask) i have discovered that there is such thing as snake wine

yeah, you read that right

as in the practice of making this wine is to brew an entire snake in with the rice wine/grain alcohol

not judging or anything, i mean, the concept behind its existence is relatively normal when it comes to cultural practices leading back thousands of years. in ancient times the “essence of snake” apparently was thought to cure a load of things, from rheumatism to hair loss

but man, that is not what i expected to read about when doing this assignment

wait it does make sense i've been diagnosed with a multitude of personality disorders actually. my main perception of life is that it's so fucking horrible and also? absolutely fantastic. like i could never view the world outside of extremes because it feels very extreme to me at all times. and it is. but you would think that if you have like. a personality disorder, wouldn't you. which i don't because i don't want to. but it's not meaningless that i've been accused of that by many professionals is it. well it could be actually. nevermind.
