it's funny that both kk and laila played uncharacteristically badly during their last ever college game together. laila coming off two goals and kk three points in the semi-final and they both looked fantastic. then kk won the patty kaz and thanked laila in her speech for being there with her for the last four years and everything got very real and they couldn't pretend it wasn't the end anymore. panicked so hard about losing each other that they almost fumbled winning that third natty.
