I DO NOT LIKE google sheets. I miss excel 😭

#that's it that's the post #I'm trying to help my mum with her spreadsheet but she uses google #it's just different enough from excel to be infuriating #also... what she's requested requires a really convoluted way to do what you could achieve by just having a master tab and using filters #but she doesn't want to do that #because that's stressful apparently #so INSTEAD I'm setting up an annoying google sheets multi nested formula #to make her own personal (read only because filter formula) to do list that pulls rows with her name on from all the other tabs to a new on #(which is going to have to be tweaked every time they make a new project tab. which they will)#... if I was doing this on excel it might be fun but as we have established #I DO NOT LIKE GOOGLE SHEETS #(no I don't have a good reason for that but it's ANNOYING me)#whinge

If anyone has any magic writing pixie dust to share it would be greatly appreciated!

de gustibus AND what am I doing at the devil's sacrament and all that, but some of the fanart out there (not even necessarily on tumblr) is stylistically dissonant as fuck

why are you drawing gore like yaoi if your goal is to actually repulse and horrify, not aesthetically drape bowels like garlands and spew arterial blood in a wide arc to lead our eyes to the pleasing shape of the arm holding the dagger? the picture isn't doing what you think it's doing!

why are you drawing manic bloodlust like a disney ingenue's big-eyed fascination at the thrill of flight? that dreamworks eyebrow can't convey malice and threat, that fang is dripping strawberry jam, there's no visceral fear to be had from the youthful petulance of those crossed arms! the picture isn't doing what you think it's doing!

most of all why are you drawing ostensibly powerful female characters like softcore ecchi, eyes huge, finger to the lip, coy and boob-and-butt-posed with a slit all the way up to her cooch when she's supposed to bring the wrath of god upon her enemies that very moment, yet she looks as threatening as the body pillow this type of illustration belongs on? do you not see how incredibly poorly your chosen style serves your stated theme? do you not care?

How come Burr got to almost 80 with a relatively functional body, in spite of war and carriage accidents and living on wine and cakes, whereas I’m not yet fifty and know what vegetables are and yet have to do physio three times a week or my legs fall off?

wish it were fucken wimdy

The northern suburbs of my city are literally on fire. People are being evacuated.

I'm not in any danger from that but. I'm going to do.... my job in... a warehouse... in that temperature... most days this week...

I'm going to fucking perish.

I think my biggest gender envy thing is about body hair. I keep mine very trimmed but I can't properly shave it (my skin freaks out), and even when I do, the hair is visible through my skin.

Can't wait for hrt to do its thing, or get a shitload of laser (though I'm currently mostly focussing on my facial electrolysis, so that might have to wait).

Until then I'm pretty uncomfortable having my chest, tummy, or shoulders out in any outfit. Makes sex and intimacy harder too.

I know it's fine really for anyone to have body hair. But I'm certainly not fine about mine.

On the other hand I'm fairly chill about leg hair, which is lucky, with the hot seasons approaching. And while I dislike my arm hair, it isn't as dark so it isn't as obvious.
