I love you! It's sad that I only think to say it when i'm worried you might need a hug, but you have SO MUCH support and so many people who love you so i never feel like I'm needed. But honestly? You're just amazing and I really do love you, and you deserve all the hugs in the world!
Rule 2 - Answer the questions the tagger set for you in their post and then make 11 new ones.
Rule 3 - Tag 11 people and link them to your post.
Rule 4 - Let them know you’ve tagged them. (Except I won’t.)
1. You awake in the morning to find yourself a house pet. What animal are you?
I am a goldfish. I love the water, I'm absent minded, and I often stare vacantly at nothing.
2. Preferred writing implement?
Pens. Pencils have this terrible tendency to smudge. I have lots of notebooks I can't read anymore because the graphite is smeared all over the page.
As to the pens, it honestly doesn't matter, just as long as it gives a consistent line.
3. If you were a deadly sin, what deadly sin would you be?
Most definitely sloth. I am the laziest person you will ever meet.
4. Favourite tree?
The male ginkgo. Must be differentiated from the female ginkgo, which I don't like because they stink.
5. Favourite subject at school?
English is the easiest, but I also love human anatomy.
6. May I inquire after a favourite picture of yours? Either of yourself or just a picture you really like.
This is a baby fur seal. It's my desktop background, and extremely adorable. I love seals. They're my favorites.
7. Any favourite artists? (Like John Collier maybe?)
I'm not much of an art critic. If I see a piece of art, I judge it on whether I can do that or not. If not, it's good art. If I can do it, it's meh.
I'm especially fond of water colorist Leroy D. Vandam, but that's mostly because my family owns one of his originals (Morton House II) and I know secrets about it.
8. What would you become famous for?
I hope for my writing. That's what I'm aiming for right now. If I fail at that, I'll have to become famous by doing a lot of volunteer work. I mean, I have to contribute something to the world, right?
9. Do you know the difference between a felled seam and a French seam?
No. Sorry. I was never very good at sewing. I don't have the patience to finish projects. (Being lazy again.)
10. I’m taking you out for afternoon tea. How do you take your beverage of choice, what blend should we order, and what snackage is to be had?
That would be great! I prefer chai tea or English Breakfast, but I love trying new things and am open to suggestion. (Unless it's coffee. I don't particularly like coffee.) I don't like sugar or milk in my tea. As for snacks, my mom bought me a package of Jammy Dodgers last week, because they were on Doctor Who and I am a major Whovian. But they're actually much better than I thought they would be. I also really like Tim Tams. (We are going to eat cookies. Lots of cookies.)
My longest answer is about food. Of course.
11. I turn up on your doorstep. What am I doing here and how do you react?
I have Loki locked in my closet and you are here to free him. I know this, but I invite you in anyway, and take you out to lunch. We talk, joke, laugh. You give me fashion advice which I pay close attention to but will probably not follow. I pay. In the end, you do end up taking Loki back with you, but I don't mind because he always returns to me in the end.
Questions:
1. What sense would it be hardest to live without?
2. You have one hour in which you can ask anyone any questions and they must answer. Who would you talk to? How would that conversation go?
3. Do you ever feel totally absorbed in certain books? What books, and what is it about them that absorbs you?
4. You're walking along and find a plastic Easter Egg on the ground. You open it. What's inside?
5. You're going to tag 11 people, right? Pick one word to describe each of them. You don't have to specify which word goes to which username.
6. Are there any words or phrases you use a lot, but wish you didn't?
7. Give your favorite tragedy a happy ending. Explain to me which ending is better.
8. What's your favorite crossover?
9. Perform the cardinal sin of fanfiction: self-insertion. Describe yourself in the fandom of your choice.
10. You're an animal. Are you the hunter or the hunted? Who are you hunting/running from?
11. Let's say I'm going to call you in a few minutes. (Don't ask how I got your number.) What do I ask for, and how do you respond?

...Bits of that were scarily suitable omg. :D LOLOLOL
Augh, I should have known this would come up - and from you, lol XD AND SO MANY OPTIONS, CRY CRY CRY.
Okay, right, let's think--
AHAHAHAHAHA I'M SO HILARIOUS.
Okay, no, seriously, ugh, why are there so many characters--
I'm going to go with James Potter. The thing about James is that he's the one of his friends and acquaintances - his entire generation even, lol, considering the war - who is never anything except okay. Oh, I'm sure he has off days, and his life isn't perfect or anything, but as far as we know, he's never anything but fine.
Obviously with dear ol' Prongs, we have to work with headcanon a bit, but think about it: he comes from a happy, loving family with no big issues that are mentioned (unlike, oh, Sirius, Remus, Severus, Lily...); he does well in school without ever trying very hard (unlike Remus - and I'm not saying that Remus isn't very bright, but he clearly works at it - although Prongs does clearly do more work than Sirius omg lol); he has plenty of friends, including the extremely awesome Marauders, even though he has plenty of dickish tendencies. If we take Snape as his 'worst enemy' figure, then although he bullies him, when he's insulted by Snape, he doesn't care, you know. Sirius and James both dislike Sev, but where Sirius hates Snape because of all the insults and grudges and fights over the years (and of course, he's super-protective of his friends), James still only really dislikes him, and saves him from Remus, and from that I take it that James just-- when you insult him, he might get angry and fight back, but it doesn't stick, he brushes it off afterwards, and it's done with - whereas with Sirius he will REMEMBER THAT SHIT FOREVER AND PUNISH YOU FOR IT.
I'm like that, with the whole sort of not getting terribly insulted, and not having terrible things happen, and blah, and adoring my friends, and all that jazz. Also, I'm a bit of a hopeless romantic, which, uh, JAMES. :'D
But seriously, I mean, the worst thing that happens to James is that he dies, and well, okay, that's bad, but it's not like he's the one who has to deal with it, is he?
OH JAMES.
(Also, sorry, this kind of carried on into I HAVE THESE FEELINGS ABOUT JAMES OKAY which I didn't mean it to, but come on, HARRY POTTER OKAY LASKNLDKSANADS)
