@everclan Thought I’d join in on the infinite Guststar polycule while it’s still pride month! Featuring Daisytalon, resident fierce badass and famously very very bisexual :3 (well, famously to me lol)

In the background, her partners Flarestar and Rainwish are voicing their complete and total support of Daisytalon joining said infinite Guststar polycule, although they won’t be joining themselves hehe

(Flarestar is, perhaps unfortunately, a cis straight man lol, and Rainwish would prefer to get to know her partners as friends for a while first.)

(Now that I’ve revealed that the members of Whistleclan ended up in a polycule, I can finally post this!!!)

One is coldsight and Bramblehoney from wishclan? theychanged a bit of the name and i dont rremember all of it. =( i love soft baby x scary but soft protector Pigeonpaw and rainpaw/and daisypaw from whisperclan! I think they'd be cute with either one of them! either bring some joy to rain, or be a tsundere! dasypaw + protagonist guy.

And Butterflysun with Batswoop... i dont know if any of them have said no to crackshipping their charas. they'd be the goth/punkxPixie girl/barbie pairrrr!!! these are just some examples. <w< too ashamed to tell u all

I think Cold would definitely get along with Bramble, he looks super intimidating but he is a really good listener. He would definitely listen to the omens starclan keeps sending bramblehoney. And both of them look equally soft. I’m also a sucker for t4t relationships, they bring me much joy

Pigeonpaw is the type of cat to be very annoying at times, but that sort of grows on you after a while (he got that from his uncle Brightsky). I don’t think Daisypaw would quite tolerate feather, but I can certainly see them being the annoyed and the annoyer type duo.

I could not for the life of me find where butterflying was from, but the names alone are perfect. I don’t need anymore convincing tbh

Tysm for sharing anon, these brought me joy to doodle. I didn’t do anything super shippy just in case, but I had fun drawing Bramblehoney and Daisypaw! Their furs were both so different, Daisypaws curls in particular were very fun to draw.

So, as you may be able to tell, I’ve given this blog a little makeover! It will now follow the adventures of Scoriaclan, completely unrelated to Whistleclan in any way. (And yes I have been working on Scoriaclan stuff for a few weeks now, this time I’m actually planning ahead and creating a backlog so I hopefully won’t run out of steam quite so fast!! Looking forward to introducing you to everyone :3)

However, before I start posting all that, I thought I’d give the cats of Whistleclan a bit of a sendoff, ‘cause I’m gonna miss ‘em. So here’s one last drawing of our main three together!

Their full names ended up being Flarestorm, Daisytalon, and Rainwish, although Flarestorm only spent a couple moons as a warrior before taking his nine lives and becoming Flarestar, with Daisytalon as his deputy. A few moons in the future, Flarestar and Daisytalon became mates, and not too long after that, Rainwish became mates with the two of them as well! Founders polycule real!!!!!

Drawing this made me realize that I missed them more than I thought, so I may end up drawing/posting them again sometime. However, I think I just bit off more than I could chew trying to make the story of Whistleclan for my first comic ever.

Hello there everyone. Sooo here's what happened. I ran into a piece of this story that was really really hard for me to draw for some reason, and that, combined with life being.. a lot, led to me pretty much dropping Whistleclan for about a year and a half.

Now, I'm finally getting back into clangen comics and clangen in general and have been playing with the idea of picking Whistleclan back up, but I have come to the realization that I've completely lost connection to the story. I still love the characters, so I thought about trying to reset them and start over, but honestly I think I'd rather start fresh.

So, this is my announcement that I'm kind of done with Whistleclan. I'm sort of sad, but also a bit relieved, because I think my art and storytelling ability have changed a lot in the last year or so, so I'm looking forward to starting fresh. I already have an idea for a new clangen premise, and I'll be starting on it in a few days! I plan to revamp this account and post the story here, so keep an eye out if you're so inclined! I'll try not to tackle something so difficult it takes me out of the game this time...

I'm not actually sure if anyone is still paying attention, but if they are, thank you for the support!! And I'll see you soon :3
