Campaign: Grim Tidings

The house of Landai is forming a great kingdom from arrogance, drive, and a tactical brilliance of it’s patriarch. Exacting his latest conquest upon the petty kingdom of Ulster, King Nicholai Landai has proclaimed all those who fought for him may claim reparations in the gold or pelts of the Ulstarian people.

In the Town of Po the beloved Elder Conrad has died, leaving the populace in mourning. Among those returning for the funeral a small group of people have been assembled by the town chancellor to receive grave information: the town in nearly bankrupt and taxes have been collected in reparation chits from returning soldiers and he needs the party to venture into the kingdom of Ulster to collect the taxes and save the town from the wraith of it’s king. 

I’m thinking of running this as a white run game for a few of my friends starting off with weak characters that learn and develop as the quest goes on.

White quickly went to look for Black,since he heard his name when he was screaming. He finally found Black, on the floor... Oh no... Is he okay...? White sat down on his knees, and began to give him a nudge on the head. White: "Black....? Are you okay...?" White was really worried about Black. White didn't know that maybe...He's about to meet a horrible fate...Again...?

Suddenly, Black’s head turned to White, revealing dark eyes with glitching looking squares. His body still felt a little too weak for him to get up, but he was sure he could get White’s goody two shoes ass to help him get back.

"HeLLo mY DeAR BrOTher. WHat BriNgs YoU HErE?" Black whispered, his voice clearly sounding different from usual. It was still deep, but… it felt buzzed too. "Oh,I'M OkaY. I juST, TriPPeD, Don'T WorRY."
