White chocolate cranberry bark. 12 oz of white chocolate microwaved until melted and then about 1/3 c each of dried cranberries & pistachios. I put an extra tablespoon of each on top and tap lightly. The bark is spread about 1/4 inch on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Refrigerate for 1 hour and break up into bite size.
