Étant une fidèle du @comptoir_irlandais depuis plusieurs années, j’ai testé tout récemment leur site internet pour commander quelques produits en ligne (étant donné que je ne vis plus dans une ville qui possède une boutique, hélas). Et quel gentillesse et quel professionnalisme de leur part ! Une petite confusion au moment de la préparation de ma commande a fait que j’ai reçu une mauvaise boîte de shortbreads. Non seulement ils m’ont renvoyé la bonne en moins de temps qu’il n’en a fallu pour le dire, mais ils m’ont également fait cadeau de la boîte reçue par erreur et ont glissé des sachets de thé dans le colis de rattrapage !
