F R A M E D in R E D Just because Thursdays are for throwbacks. What are you bringing onboard? One thing I have noticed in the recent years is that the vibes, energy, passion and vision of the creative team on a shoot will either make or mar the work produced and inadvertently leave a mark on your creative Journey and perception as an individual. Many times, you find creatives who come on board of a project with a 'predefined personal goal' which they tend to project much higher than the unified goal of achieving something great as a team. This, in my opinion, dwindle the fire of creativity and leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Don't get me wrong: everyone goes into a project for a reason but the ultimate goal for everyone should be the unified idea and vision of the team, except if that goal had been vaguely outlined from the outset- it is an unspoken rule of creative collaboration. On the bright side, I count it a blessing every time I get to work with TRULY dedicated, goal-oriented, proactive creatives with clear vision about our unified goal. Looking forward to many more breath-taking work with you guys soon @Loribeemua @cdiore @ldoesnails @bybrookemua_ @janeyrenn #beautyphotographer#londonbeautyphotographer #published #beauty #beautystory #concept #editorial #editorialmakeup #ellementsmagazine #team #onlocation #shoot #magazine #creatives #Бьюти #russianbear #whittyworks #shotbysean (at Rochester, Medway)
