I’m sure this has been said a thousand times already, but I just can’t stop wondering why Voldemort felt the need to make life so incredibly difficult for himself.
What should have been a five-minute job somehow turned into a decade-long ordeal, all because he simply had to use Avada Kedavra on an actual infant.
If I were the Dark Lord, I would have opted for something far more efficient. Why bother with a wand at all for baby Harry? Could a quick snap not have sufficed? Perhaps a casual toss out of the window? (Too Muggle for you, Tom?) Or, if he's feeling particularly festive and dark, why not just let Nagini have a little snack? 🙄😂
