Day 2: What ten words give you the whumperflies or make you think of whump?

Ten words that make me think of whump in no particular order:

Scars - There's always a story to them.

Wrists - Tied together, held tightly by a whumper, bearing the marks of chains...

Knife - Preferably held to a throat, maybe twisted in a wound,...

Collar - Or just tied to something by their throat.

Blood - Covered in blood is just a good look.

Kneeling - Same as above.

Whip - Most of the time accompanied by tied wrists, blood and later scars.

Fear - When you can see that they're afraid.

Handcuffs - Changes the way they hold themselves, also if they are made to put them on by themselves.

Defiance - It's just more fun.

Ok, this got rather long but I had so much fun adding examples and explanations😊😊😊

Struggle...nothing better than a struggeling whumpee!!! Struggeling against restraints, struggeling against whumper or henchman holding them down, struggeling eventhough they know it's futile, just any kind of struggle

Defiance...once again, nothing better than a defiant whumpee!!! A whumpee who stays defiant no matter what whumper does to them and simply refuses to break until they either are rescued or eventually do break because no one can stay defiant forever...

Surrender...I love it when a strong, capable of fighting whumpee is forced to surrender to save a loved a loved one and everything in their behaviour while surrendering shows that they were not defeated but just did it for their loved ones safety!!!

restrained...ohhh, so much possibilties and ways to restrain a whumpee. Whumper can just use anything...the classics like rope, chain or duct tape. Or cable chords, barbed whire, zip zies literally everything. I love restrained whumpees in any way!!!

muffeled...the muffeled sounds from a gagged whumpee be it screams, pleas or whatever gives me instand whumperflies

betrayal...so much possibilties for whump, physical and emotional, when a whumpee gets betrayed

glare...when glaring is the only way whumpee can show their defiance because they are so tightly bound and gagged

Kneel...a whumpee being forced to kneel...the whumperflies that image gives me❤❤❤

rattle...the rattling sound of chains coming from a whumpee who is chained to the wall and struggeling against their restraints...such a whumpy sound😍😆❤

bait...as in whumpee being bound and gagged and used as bait to lure caretaker into a trap...love that trope

Day 2: 10 Whumpy Words

This one is tricky. No words give me whumperflies all on their own, or really prompt me to think about whump; it's about how the words are combined! But I'm a big fan of environmental descriptions, so - I'll list ten words which I find evocative of settings in which whump might be likely to take place.

Please - copying @whumpsday on this one because its always nice to see some begging

Everything - not whumpy on its own but I realized I use it a lot in my writing, so hmmm

Whimper - aside from the fact that I keep mixing it up with "Whumper"

Shiver - has a nice sound to it

Flinch - i love it when whumpees do this, especially with caretaker and then feel bad about it

Sorry - another one I use a lot in my writing

Agony - this one's a bit obvious haha

Mercy - both as a word and as a concept!

Fragile - has a nice sound to it

Hollow - this one has a story to it that's way longer than what could fit in this little one sentence description ahahha

bonus: a word absolutely hate

Combining days 1 & 2 for Whumpmas in July. Just found out about this event and hoping to participate whenever I can.

Hi! My name is Blue and I’m new to the whump writing community. Life is crazy right now, so I haven’t written much, but I’m hoping to add more to my story, Inheritance (BBU/pet whump), once things calm down a bit. 😅
