Happy 10th anniversary to me coming to the conclusion that Wilfred Mott is, canonically, the Doctor's father*, and that there is plenty of evidence within both episodes of "The End of Time" to support and reinforce that idea.

(Possibly adoptive father, given "The Timeless Child", but father nonetheless.)
