i need you all to hear me out about the will-leno-aiden agenda

you have aiden and will. will who is that thing aiden isn't allowed to touch. mack has never said don't do anything with will, but it's that unspoken rule aiden knows to follow. will is mack's and mack is will's.

then you have aiden and ryan. there is no rule he can't touch ryan, but that's a bc boy and he's not supposed to indulge. it's almost like bu boys signed a silent pledge they would never get close to a bc boy, and mack already broke that unspoken rule. aiden couldn't follow. and aiden is obsessed with ryan. he gets him like nobody else has. he takes care of aiden when they fuck. he's soft but he fucks him so hard he keeps coming back.

yet aiden can't help but sneak behind mack's back and hookup with both of them. sometimes at the same time. sometimes when mack's asleep in their vancouver home, will has aiden bent over into the mattress, fucking him so deep he can't even make a sound. and when they're done, will sneaks back into mack's bedroom like nothing happened and lets mack curl into his side.

sometimes when they're all in boston, sharing a house on the cape during the off season, ryan is deep to the hilt in aiden and aiden has will in his mouth, breathing deeply through his nose, full in each end with both boys he's not supposed to have. and when they're done and will goes back to mack, ryan stays with aiden. because ryan doesn't give a fuck what anyone thinks. especially not that brat macklin celebrini.

but he has them. he's aiden celebrini. he gets his way with the bat of his eyelashes and he looped will in as fast as he looped his weird ex situationship in too. he couldn't have one without the other so he decided to have them both.

okay so imagine the willaiden take on the tiktokgate: mack telling will he's gonna be too busy with the looming captaincy to make little tiktoks and mess around smitty like sorry he has to project a SERIOUS image now... so will goes ahead and changes the username only to immediately get a follow from what he soon realises is aiden's burner and a careful one word comment on his banana bread post. it's the first time they ever communicate without mack being present and will's interest is PIQUED.

agh different anon here but YES THE PROXY OF IT ALL, will representing hockey and the unreachable dream for aiden and aiden representing mack and the love they could have pursued for will and both things are inextricably tied up in mack himself as the inflection point but they can't stop themselves because it's so close and they can pretend and it's nearly enough OH GOD SO GOOD

and the mack of it all... the inflection point, as x approaches zero the limit approaches infinity.... he's right there in the room with them. he's the texture of the hands on will's hips, he's the rush of petty victory through aiden. even crazier actually if will and mack have never hooked up, never crossed that final un-crossable line and aiden is the one that gets there first.

is this how he feels? aiden thinks, thumb stroking over the curve of will's nape, high on the thrill of triumph, of getting there first, being number one, of playing a stupid game and winning a stupid prize.

is this how he feels? runs through will's head, his eyes squeezed tight as he tries to memorize the feeling of the body pressed against his.

I have never spared a single crumb of a thought about aiden in my entire life, he is so supremely uninteresting to me, but willaiden got me in a chokehold.

mack furious and intensely jealous but ultimately obsessed with it. aiden, the older brother he idolized as a kid and then saw as less in the harsh light of burgeoning adulthood. what’s it like for him to have the one thing mack wants that he’s never been able to have. mack gets everything he wants, except for this one thing (willwillwillwill), because it would jeopardize everything else. aiden has never gotten anything he’s wanted, except this, because it’s the one thing mack couldn’t take for himself.
