Omgomg I also read the rainbow magic fairies when I was a kid, my whole class was obsessed by it, even the boys. (Not being gender stereotypical with the "even the boys" but all they read were books about football and murder and action and suddenly they also wanted to read them and as a 10 year old, influenced by this horrible society, I was pretty surprised)
