Willmesh devotion is overwhelming to you.

Willmesh has casted a magic barrier on you to keep you safe and avoiding you from escaping when he is not here with you.

you've resorted to mell sama trying to tell her that willmesh devotion for you isn't no where near normal but she doesn't really understand why you're saying this since for her, both of you seem like a match made by strawberry king himself.

Like hell it's far far from that.

You sometimes spend your time analysing the barrier trying to find it's weak point and you often got caught by willmesh.

Although he would never yell nor hit you, no. He is far from being that kind of human.

he just say that he doesn't want you escaping and told you about how he deeply love you also about how all of this is simply because he wanted to keep you safe.

Or sometimes he tell you to give up on it and you should try your best to adjust yourself in the village.

you aren't buying for all of his confessions and how that is also weirdly undeniably scary.

willmesh tried his best to make your the happiest person alive and give you everything he can, making you relying on him for most of the things forcing you to accept the reality of your fate.

you're terrified of the person you've might become in the future. Knowing you have to rely on willmesh forever and being completely dependent on him.

Having to resort to an abandoned gate, it had completely exhausted your body.

You barely can stand on the ground before passing out under the blue sky.

You wake and found yourself in a blue castle with someone sitting beside you seemingly he is the one taking care of you while sleeping.

he introduced himself as "ciel" and recommending you to stay recovering in here.

You didn't mind him that much, he seems like a nice guy although whenever you feel his glaze, it always feels so off.

Whenever you asked something about getting back home, he always say something along the line of how isn't available yet or you haven't fully recovered. Like he is trying to keep you here just like what willmesh do.

You told him about your situation with willmesh he doesn't seem really surprised by that. When you asked for why he doesn't seem surprised he just said that he already have "guessed" it.

he does comfort you by giving you a warm hug and told you that you're "safe" with him stroking your back softly.

you can feel his breathe hitch a little bit when you hug him back. maybe just maybe ciel might be the one for you after all.

Not until you fall asleep and later wake up in the middle of the night hearing two people talking.

the more you listen to the conversation the more you realise, both of them are actually best friends.

And ciel isn't exactly the name of him either.. it's cielo or cielomort, you know cielomort is a fragaria of cinnamon roll but.. you don't know his face and he doesn't even try to mention anything about being a fragaria.

It's all actually just willmesh last resort after you escaped.

Because of wish me mell kingdom being close to cinnamon roll kingdom, you would obviously go there and meet cielomort somehow.

while you were distracted, their conversation has already ended and cielomort open your bedroom door.

slightly surprised at seeing you listening to their conversation.

You cannot recount the variety of drawings you’ve mindlessly drawn inside of your sketchbook. When you open your sketchbook, it’s like a gamble as to what you’ll find. Sometimes it will be a pretty flower you saw on a walk, the petals messily outlined and erased. Other times, it can be a character from a media that has stolen your interest. Or it can be a scrapped page full of dreadful, no-good doodles that failed to meet your expectations. 

As of lately, you’ve found yourself more drawn to sketching something else in recent pages. 

Your wrist flicks the pencil to create a long hair strand along your paper. Immediately, you work to refine it with a thicker outline. It comes naturally to you, this drawing, as well as the many others that stem from this one. 

You glance upwards at your model, who stays unaware of your sketching. He sits across the circular table, distracted with penning a letter to his lord. Willmesh wears a focused expression as he writes, but you can tell he’s happy with the way the corners of his lip subtly rise. You make a mental note to capture his smile correctly in your drawing. It reminded you that ever since you started drawing him, a part of you began to appreciate all of his expressions, subtle or not. 

When he’s nervous, his lilac eyes narrow downward in worry, his lips pursed in a thin line. When he’s happy, his gaze finally meets yours, a small smile forming as he fully faces you. When he’s stunned, he freezes like he’s been caught stealing something. Although none of these expressions could top your favorite: when he was extremely flustered! He would redirect his eyes elsewhere, burying his face underneath his pink scarf, hoping to hide the reddening of his face. You had yet to draw that one. 

Somehow you had developed this sort of… liking to Willmesh. Not even you could pinpoint where it came from, it just bloomed spontaneously, like it was always meant to happen. Something in you whispered to go along with it, and you did just that, finding no reason to fight it off. And you’ve also never felt this way before, especially for anyone else. It was a warm, fuzzy emotion that made you feel inexplicably happy. So you continued to draw Willmesh without him knowing, after all, it’d be too embarrassing to explain your confusing feelings. 

Today the two of you agreed to relax together, sharing tea as you two did your own separate things, silently enjoying each other’s company. You took this as the perfect opportunity to sketch him, since you wouldn’t have any other chance to get any closer without someone seeing. 

“...Are you okay?” he asks suddenly. 

You hum, lifting your eyes off your sketchbook, “Yeah, I’m alright. Why? Are you okay?” 

Willmesh hesitantly places his feather pen aside, ensuring that it won’t drip ink onto his letter. “Well, you’ve been glancing at my direction a lot, so I thought you weren’t feeling well. Did… did something happen?”

“No, no! Nothing happened,” you smile reassuringly, “I’m just drawing, don’t let it worry you!” 

He blinked, scanning your face, “Ah, okay. If you feel like something is bothering you, I’m here to help.”

He curiously stole a glance at your sketchbook that lay flat across the table. His eyes widened in recognition the longer he looked. 

“Is that… me?” 

You almost choke. How did he notice so fast?! You grab the sketchbook with lightning speed and press it to your chest like it’s a lifeline. 

Quickly, you scrambled for a good enough excuse, mind running with different possibilities playing out, “Ahaha noo…? It’s, erm, someone that looks a lot like you- but not you! You see, you two have the same hair and all so I thought ‘oh, that person looks a lot like Willmesh, I have to sketch them!’ and I drew them. They might as well be your twin, haha-”

He softly says your name, prompting you to quiet down. 

“It’s okay.” He comforts, voice even and soft, careful as to not scare you away. It’s funny, because usually you’re the one calming the situation down. And instead of calling you out for lying to him, he chose to placate you. Even if you think you’ve known him well, some parts of him still manage to escape your grasp. 

“You don’t think it’s weird…? I didn’t cross a boundary or anything, right? I’m so sorry if I did! I swear I never meant to hurt you!” 

“No, it’s okay.” he repeats, his face flushing as he struggles to find the right words, “I… I like it.”

It feels like an arrow shot through your heart. That’s the expression you were talking about earlier, the flustered one where he shyly burrows half of his face inside of his scarf. You have an itch to grab your pencil and begin sketching again, but you stop yourself before you can get it. 

“You do?” you ask meekly. 

Willmesh nods, “Mhm. It’s really nice of you to do. Your drawings are very detailed, I can tell you put a lot of time and effort into them. If you enjoy drawing me… then keep going. Just tell me first.” 

“Got it!” A weight falls off your shoulders from Willmesh’s words. Now you can draw freely without feeling like Willmesh would be creeped out. The fuzzy feeling returns tenfold, especially after seeing him hide away in his scarf.

“By the way, how long have you been drawing me for…?”

“I think it’s better if you don’t know.”

Do you recall those old, old fairytales from long ago? The ones that speak of beautiful princesses from faraway lands who wish with all their might for a true romance? But oh, how terribly unlucky! She can never ever find that romance because some mean, old wicked witch has ruined the fun! It is the exact kind of bright, shiny love that any young girl would want for her very own storybook (minus the nasty witch part, I’d hope!), and I am completely certain you know exactly what I speak of! Oh, yes! And the most important part of any fairytale, the grand moment when the princess’s brave knight comes in to save her from her scary predicament! Now she’s free and they spend their forever together, the ending is a perfect and lovely happily ever after! When you had first met Willmesh, you truly believed it was the magical opening page to your very own fairytale romance. You may not be a princess, but he was certainly your knight, and you were deeply in love with him! You seemed to be a perfect constellation of two, nothing could ever come between the two of you. He’d be devoted to you and his Lord for as long as the clock allowed time to tick. I am certain you whispered to yourself it didn’t matter what trials would come your way. Just as long as you were by his side, and that he loved you, what more could’ve you possibly wanted? It was your perfect sanctuary. 

By all means, you believed it to be a sight so beautiful that even the little angels up in the clouds would weep for it. It was completely ideal! Yet, you have come to learn with a very big, sad disappointment that things like this are far too good to be true. Your grand beliefs set you up for nothing but a bitter taste of regret! It’s terribly hard to recall the messy details of the quarrel, you really didn’t expect something so silly to ruin your sunny day! For no matter how much you tried to comfort yourself by building up silly little excuses for him, those excuses weren't real enough to chase away the heavy silence and the ache his words left behind in your room. You know exactly what your ears heard, and no amount of daydreaming could fix a broken heart. However... if we are being completely honest, you weren't the most gracious little angel about it either! What made the sting hurt even more was that he didn’t need a great big, heavy dictionary to say something so grand and crushing. Oftentimes, people take their sweet time and use up all the words in the world to say something that lasts forever. Perhaps he meant “I have no time” in the literal, ticking-clock sense as well. But wait! Please do not despair too much just yet! Fairytales have a clever way of hiding happiness in places you go to cry, you know? A lot of the time, the most important details are hidden away somewhere you’d never think to check! Thankfully, this time, those magical details weren't lurking like dust-bunnies underneath your bed, nor were they tucked behind some boring old household object. No, they were sitting right atop your vanity table!

Originally, you had sat yourself down on your little stool to fix your appearance after having cried for quite a long time. You cannot wallow in this gray sadness forever and ever, and it seems fate had the exact same idea! You didn’t exactly want to look in the glass and see how puffy your face was, that would just make your eyes feel prickly and start the tears all over again, you looked around for something else to focus on. And what else was there to spy? …Well, isn’t that odd. You don’t usually have sealed envelopes sitting around in your room, a good majority of people don’t. But you knew in your heart that this wasn’t some ordinary message delivered by a boring page.

You did hesitate on whether you should open it or not, because you had a very strong feeling exactly whose shaky hand this came from. But it is not pretty to be petty! Have hope! Maybe your wishful thinking wasn’t just a silly daydream after all! Sweep it off the table and open it quick! Right there inside, you would find a page filled with nothing but beautiful words. It would put even the finest, grandest storybooks in the whole kingdom to absolute shame... if anyone were to ask you, at least. How lovely it was that, even when he could not be by your side, he did what he could to gather the fallen stars of your fairytale romance! How pleasing it was that he took the time to write you a letter! The beautiful action itself spoke so much louder than any words he could have written upon the paper, and you would cherish that secret treasure forever and ever, until you truly reached your happily ever after. And how true it was, that a simple truth written down could sanctify even the most stubborn heart!

So by all means, let me amend the original statement! I believe this to be a true fairytale romance! A true knight seeks always to soothe a troubled heart. And your knight did right by you, dispelling the only evil witch who lived inside your thoughts so you could be free to live your own happily ever after! The pages did turn right in this fairytale after all, and I told you my fairytale logic would win! The world is full of people who use up all the words in the universe to say nothing at all, however, a single, sincere statement is always enough to save a troubled mind!

Cielomort

accepts them with grace. He sees flowers as a token of kindness, which he greatly appreciates. “i’ll take great care of it” he’ll say with a smile

putting it somewhere in sight on his desks, he sometimes gets distracted looking at them instead of writing, taking in their beauty.

he’ll get special plant nourishment to make the flower last even longer, refreshing the water every so often and trimming the stems every couple days.

he gets a little down when the flowers start to wilt, doing everything in his power to keep them from dying. He might even use magic.

Willmesh

Willmesh gets really shy and blushy. He hesitantly takes the flowers from your hands. Once he’s holding them, he inspects them. He thanks you quietly, feeling a bit overwhelmed.

he will probably be at Kuromi’s or Cinnamoroll’s kingdom, so he’ll have to ask for something to put the flowers in until he visits his own kingdom again. In the meantime, they get placed in the room he stays in as a guest.

he treats the flowers as something extremely precious, afraid to touch them too much for fear of damaging them or making the petals fall.

he’ll write about it in a personal letter to Wish Me Mell, describing them in great detail. She can tell he holds both you and the flowers close to his heart in the way he writes about you both.

Kurode

never expected to get flowers from anyone, so when you gave them, he’s a little shocked. He makes a slightly embarrassing noise which makes him even more flustered.

when he finally takes the flowers from your hands, he struggles to find the words, stammering. In the end, he ends up inviting you to choose a place for them.

together, you look for a fitting vase and place for the flowers. They don’t totally fit the aesthetic of Kuromi and her castle, the colours brighter than the common purples and blacks. When you finally find a fitting place, he realizes he forgot to thank you earlier. He mumbles a quiet thanks to make up for it.

he looks up the flowers from time to time, getting flustered every time he sees them.

Louterstella

he’ll feel all warm inside when given the flowers. A soft smile appears on his face that makes you in turn feel warm too. He comments on the sweet smell, holding them out for you to try as well.

He places them in the middle of the dinner table in a fancy glass vase. He likes how it makes the room feel a little more decorated and colourful.

he’ll show them to Klark, talking about how kind the gesture was and how nice it all looks together. Klark is just happy to see his brother happy.

whenever he looks at the flowers, he feels warm all over again. It’s a comforting feeling, one he happily holds onto.

Klarkstella

Klark thanks you, but out of pure internal panic, forgets to actually take the flowers. When he realizes, he quickly grabs them, only to turn and leave quickly.

he has to scream into his pillow, both from the awkward interaction he created, and from the fuzzy feeling inside him.

when he finally calms a little, he asks Louter for a vase. Louter decides not to tease his visibly flustered brother, and instead gives him a pretty vase without asking too many questions.

he has a hard time deciding where to put them. At first he decides on his room, but when he tries to sleep, he can barely think straight with the flowers so close to him. In the end, he puts them on a coffee table. Even then, whenever he sees them, he blushes.

Myunna

he is so happy! He gladly takes the flowers and thanks you.

he takes great care of plants, knowing exactly what to do to make them last a little longer than they normally would

he’s another one who preserves them by pressing them. But I see him making cute little things with them, like bookmarks!

you’ll have matching bookmarks after he gifts one to you. He seems like the type to enjoy reading, so he’ll keep the bookmark in whatever book he is reading at that time, smiling whenever he sees the little pressed flowers.

willmesh wouldn't give you his scarf if you were cold, no. it’s a very comforting item for him. without it he would simply feel much too awkward and quite frankly, a little nervous. though, he is all too aware of how rude it would be to not aid you while you were freezing. 

his solution?

“i’ll have to apologize.. this is all i can do for you right now..” he says, while cupping your hands in his own. if the warm, gentle puffs of air he blows towards your hands wasn’t enough to warm you up, his closeness to you definitely is. he's slightly hunched closer to your hands, looking at you with a slightly guilty expression like he's some sort of sad dog! like he has no idea how hard your heart’s beating right now!!

“it’s.. it's fine, really.” you'd reply, while turning your gaze to the side. it feels like if you looked at him from this close any longer, you'd combust on the spot… although.. that would warm you up.. and isn't that the goal here..? 

slowly, you'd turn your eyes back to him only to rip it right off him quicker than lightning. you ABSOLUTELY cannot look at him from this close!! your heart feels like it's trying to escape from the confines of your chest for heaven’s sake!!!

finally, after a few more attempts at warming you up, willmesh straightens up again. it seems he was much too preoccupied with his task as he's completely ignorant to your predicament…

“we should get somewhere warmer..” he'd state while trailing his gaze off to the buildings around you, subconsciously rubbing his thumbs over your palms. “...maybe we could go to a cafe? ciel did tell me about a new one around here..” he adds with a slight mumble. when he looks back to you however, he quickly perks up in surprise. “are you okay? you seem a little unwell.” he'd say while donning a slightly concerned expression.

Willmesh is already a shy person to begin with but the moment he fell for someone?? It's over, he will not be recovering from the flush of red on his face when he's near your presence. The way your energy radiates is too warm too bright.

Even after you two began dating, he's still easily flustered and reserved. Although the key difference here is he doesn't have the urge to hide anymore when you two spent some time together. If anything, he wants to be in your presence as much and as long as possible.

Willmesh would create a character based off from you and put it into the novel he is writing. At first glance this didn't really seem much until you realize how much you share with the character. He's captured every detail of you from habits, speech pattern, likes and dislikes, fashion taste. Even down to the little things like how pretty the character's smile is, and their laugh so melodic it makes the main character's heart race.

Little did you know, the way Willmesh wrote and described the character is how he sees you. He is bad at expressing it up front and up close, but if he's writing it down... Oh honey, you better prepare yourself to read a 10 page essay.
