(705) win, lose
win a little, lose a little, trying to be a better person each and every day; discovering, unlocking, defining, playing, optimising.
slowly learning how to heal, slowly learning how to be - a better person. have a little hope, light up a little more, hope and make and dream and do, build and grow and learn until the glass ceiling breaks.

What is Organizational Culture?
Found it: the subconscious influence.
Regarding success, no one’s thoughts nor passions were valued, and diversification and quality of content was not being emphasized nor implemented. The focus was on sales and the idea of forming meaningful relationships through open-dialogue was served for self-gains (e.g., Win-Lose).
The power we possess as leaders can grow or stunt progress in individuals and/or the environment. I have found it difficult to accomplish my aspirations due to our monetary system and preconceived notions (or beliefs) of ‘success’ and the ‘American dream’. The American Dream symbolizes prosperity, but the perspective that has been sold to many of us is about believing that money, status, and fame will reap everlasting contentment: a state of happiness and satisfaction. To avoid ‘dry soil’ outcomes, today’s 21st century leaders would have to acquire a different mindset regarding ‘people over money’ and their artistic visions, moreover, inquire and attain the appropriate resources and knowledge to improve their performance with proper guidance. According to a Gallup Employee Engagement Study, 36% of employees are engaged, 50% of employees are disengaged, and 14% of employees are actively disengaged workers (Harter, 2021).
